PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain comparable data without necessitating special temp. control, by providing a function for converting a detected physical amount to a preliminarily set prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A temp. difference calculating means 9 calculates the difference (Tc-T1) of phoretic temp. data T1 in the vicinity of a phoretic fine tube 5 and preliminarily set prescribed temp. data Tc. An operation means 11 converts the detected potential gradient data P1 at each separation zone from a signal treating circuit 10 to a potential gradient value Fs at a prescribed temp. according to the formula Pa=P1{1+C1(Tc-T1)} by using temp. coefficient C1 called out by detected potential gradient data. Because either one of potential gradient values Pa... at an arbitrary temp. is converted a measured value at a unified temp., absolute comparison is enabled. In addition, because the comparison is performed without carrying out temp. control, the constitution of an apparatus becomes simple. |
