PURPOSE:To enable to prevent an engine speed by the burden of a compressor from lowering, by controlling appropriately a first idling structure and action timing of compressor. CONSTITUTION:After a first idling structure 1 has been actuated, a fact that an engine speed is increased at a given delay is taken into consideration, driving of a compressor 17 is delayed to some extent through a delay device 19 according to the foregoing delay, the compressor 17 is driven by making timing adjustment to time when the engine speed is increased actually up to given high speed and the engine speed is held at a speed more than the idling speed available prior to the use of an air conditioner from an initial stage even if a load of compressor is applied to an engine. The engine speed, therefore, can be prevented by the burden of the compressor from lowering. |
