A dermatic medicament is produced by fermn. with Trichosporon kashiwayama FERM-p4821. Thus, T. kawashiyama FERM-p4821 was inoculated into 800 L medium contg. glucose 0.3%, skim milk 0.5%, and yeast ext. 0.5% and incubated at 28≦̸C for 70 hr with stirring and aeration. The culture broth was filtered and concd. The resulting conct. lg was mixed with stearic acid lg, wax 7g, glycerol monostearate 4g, paraffin 30g, ranoline 0.1g and purified water 40g to give an ointment, which showed bactericidal effect and prevent acne.
