PURPOSE:To equally clean all condenser tubes, by changing the state of dispersion of cleaning bodies when they are injected into cooling water. CONSTITUTION:The relationship in regard to the position of a tube plate 3 with an arrangement of injection tubes in a piping 6 is as follows: injection tubes 14a are provided in the position at the angle theta1 and of the radius r1 from the center line which divides the tube plate 3 and the piping 6 into two parts. Injection tubes 14b are installed in the position at the angle theta2 and of the radius r2. Their arrangement is decided according to the relationship of theta1<theta2, r1>r2. That is, the injection tubes 14a are positioned near the tube plate 3, while the injection tubes 14b are installed in the farther position from the plate 3 than the former ones. By this arrangement, the position of the injection tubes in the sectional area of a flow path is set off, so that the dispersion of injected cleaning bodies can be controlled. The water flow in the tubes far from the tube plate 3 flows into the upper part of the tube plate, while the water flow near the plate densely introduces the cleaning bodies to the underpart of the tube plate, jointing with the flow distribution flowing into the underpart of the tube plate. Without passing through the cooling tubes in the lower part, surplus cleaning bodies move to the upper part of the tube plate gradually, and finally, the cleaning bodies can go through all over the cluster of cooling tubes 2.... |
