摘要 PURPOSE:To regulate gaseous pressure without consuming gas according to the conditions for casting and molding by providing a main gas bottle and an auxiliary gas bottle in combination with a piston accumulator of an accumulator device for a molding machine, and regulating the gaseous pressure in the main gas bottle by shifting the gas to both bottles. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous pressure P in a main gas bottle 1 is reduced by opening stop valves A, F to shift the gas in the bottle 1, via the valves A, F, into an auxiliary bottle 1'. The gaseous pressure P in the bottle 1 is increased by closing the valves A, F, opening a stop valve L, and driving back and forth a solenoid operated selector valve K, then the piston 2' of a piston accumulator 2 is forcibly driven back and forth. When the piston 2' descends, the gas in the bottle 1' is shifted, via a check valve G, into the accumulator 2. When the piston 2' ascends, the gas in the accumulator 2 is shifted, via a check valve B, into the bottle 1, whereby the gaseous pressure is increased.
