PURPOSE:To improve the inspecting efficiency of the titled circuit by a method wherein a means to set up the output polarity of an output circuit is optionally provided regardless of an internal functional circuit. CONSTITUTION:An integrated circuit is composed of an internal circuit 1, an output circuit 2 and a selective circuit means 3 as an output control circuit connecting both to the internal circuit 1 and the output circuit 2. The selective circuit means 3 is connected to a control signal transmitter 4 to actuate the output control circuit by the control signals transmitted to the control signal input terminals G1-Gm thereof. Through these procedures, the output circuit 2 may be provided with either low or high level output polarity by a control signal input to the output control circuit regardless of the status in the internal circuit 1 enabling the output status to be inspected. |
