PURPOSE:To send the output signal of an IIL gate to a linear circuit under no influence of temperature characteristic without distortion and crosstalk by utilizing a diode for the interface between the IIL gate and a linear circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a signal H is applied to a control signal input terminal 8, a transistor (TR)Q33 of the IIL gate G2 turns on and a TRQ26 is biased reversely to hold its base-collector part almost at 0V, so that the constant current source of TRs Q27 and Q28 turns off. When the control signal terminal 8 is at L, the TRQ33 turns off and the TRQ26 is biased forwardly to hold its base- collector connection part at a potential based upon the base of a TRQ25, so that TRs Q27 and Q28 turn on. The TRQ26 operates as a diode, so an interface circuit which has neither distortion nor crosstalk and is not influenced by temperature characteristic. |
