PURPOSE:To furnish a write transfer gate to which information can be written more stably by arranging conductors of specified shapes at specified position as the write transfer gate. CONSTITUTION:In a write transfer gate that uses paired vertical Bloch lines made in the Bloch magnetic wall at the boundary of striped main existing in a ferromagnetic film that makes the directin perpendicular to the film surface easily magnetizable direction as a storage information unit, and forms a magnetic memory element of major and minor constitution having a device that transfers the vertical Bloch line in the Bloch magnetic wall, the first conductor 31 and the fifth conductor 35 consisting of five conductors 31, 32, 33, 34 35 are made to hairpin-like forms parallel to minor loop channel in minor loop channels CH1, CH2,-CHn, and parts of the first conducter 31 and fifth conductor 35 are overlapped. Thus, bubbles are moved stably from major line 37 to a designated position of the write gate. |
