PURPOSE:To enhance breakdown resistance between a magnetic head and a coil by winding a coil on a core made of a conductive material and allowing an insulating resin to permeate the gap between the core and the coil to form an insulating film. CONSTITUTION:A coil 3 wound between the C core 2 and a coil 3 of a monolithic type magnetic head made of MnZn ferrite intentionally forms a gap 6 slightly movable vertically. The gap 6 is permeated with an insulating resin diffusible well into the gap 6, such as a urethane type ''Hysol'' resin soln., diluted to 50-80% by dropping it with a resin coating rod 7 and utilizing a capillary phenomenon. The impregnated resin is left at room temp. for 12-24hr till it hardens sufficiently to form an insulating film layer 5. |
