PURPOSE:To lower a peak load of a central processing unit, and to stabilize a load by measuring the load of the central processing unit, and also shifting a start time of a task within an allowable range. CONSTITUTION:A task control device 4 is provided between a task start device 2 and plural tasks 3a-3c, so that a load measuring device 5 of a central processing unit always measures a load of the central processing unit of a specified time in the past. Also, the maximum number of tasks which can be started is stored in a load number storage device 7. In case when a start request is outputted from the task start device 2, the task control device 4 can know the maximum number of tasks which can be started at the present time point by the load measuring device 5 and the load number storage device 7. Accordingly, in case when the number of tasks to which a start request is outputted is smaller than said number, all its tasks are started, and in case when the number is beyond the maximum number of tasks, it is decided by a start priority order and an allowable delay time storage device 6 and the task is started. |
