PURPOSE:A powdery vinyl chloride resin composition having finely and uniformly dispersed carbon black, obtained by fine particles of vinyl chloride resin with carbon black and water in a specific ratio with shearing stirring, so that thermal decomposition products are not formed. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. vinyl chloride resin having <=10mum average particle diameter is blended with 1-100pts.wt. carbon black in water in an amount to give 30-90wt% total ratio of both the materials at a temperature 10 deg.C lower than the glass transition temperature of the vinyl chloride resin with shearing stirring, and optionally dehydrated and dried to give a powdery resin composition showing fine dispersibility wherein no agglomerate having >=10mum maximum particle diameter substantially exist in a piece having 1-5mum thickness and 1mm.<2> area. |
