PURPOSE:To reduce the number of wiring steps by winding the core wires of the winding end, from which an insulating film is exfoliated, in the prescribed number of turns to form a cylindrical terminal, providing a projected conductive unit inserted into the bore of the terminal of a terminal board and electrically connecting them. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film 7 of the winding end 6 led directly from a winding is exfoliated previously over the prescribed size, core wires 8 are wound in the prescribed number of turns to obtain the prescribed bore size, thereby forming a cylindrical terminal 9. On the other hand, a conductive unit 11 of the degree lightly inserted into the bore of the terminal 9 is projected from a terminal board 10 connected with the end 6. The unit 11 is inserted into the bore of the terminal 9, and connected by a solder 12. The solder 12 is flowed to the bore by dipping the terminal 9 in a solder tank after forming the terminal by winding the end 6, and the terminal 9 is secured. Then, a soldering iron is contacted with the unit 11 to fuse the solder 12 secured to the terminal 9 and connected. In this manner, the number of wiring steps can be reduced. |
