发明名称 POLYESTER FILM FOR MAGNETIC TAPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To satisfy both contradictory qualities of a thermal dimension stability and a resistance to scratch by making a crystallization degree low with the surface layer of a film, and making crystallization degree high with the inner layer of the film. CONSTITUTION:In a laminated polyester film consisting of the inner layer and the surface layer, the inner layer concerned has a crystallization degree of at least 45%, the surface layer concerned has a low crystallizing property, at least one layer of the surface layer concerned offers an easily slidable property, a difference between a crystallization degree of the inner layer and a crystallization degree of the surface layer is at least 5%, and a thickness of the inner layer occupies 50% or more of the entire thickness of said laminated film. Since the crystallization degree of the surface layer is low, not only the resistance to scratch is excellent but also the adhesive force of a magnetic layer and a base film becomes high when the magnetic layer is applied, therefore, this film is more advantageous than a base film of a surface layer provided with a conventional high crystallizing property.
