The present invention relates to an exterior-wall element comprising wooden-particle boards in a composite structure, in which two wooden-particle boards are connected to each other via a trussed frame. In the cavity between the two wooden-particle boards there are located mineral-fibre panels which are covered with aluminium foil and are adhesively bonded on the inwardly directed wooden-particle board. There is a cavity between mineral-fibre panel and outer particle board. The spacing of the cavity is ensured by spacer strips. The exterior-wall elements according to the invention exhibit exemplary behaviour in the event of fire and have a fire-resistance grading of F 90. Moreover, the exterior-wall elements according to the invention have a very good sound-insulation value.
