PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of equipment by allowing a microcomputer to execute an interruption processing in the timing generating an interruption signal from a signal generating means at receiving mode in a facsimile equipment of shuttle system. CONSTITUTION:A data in 8-bit applied to a shift register 47 from an MODEM 50a is read to a latch circuit 48 at the receiving mode and written sequentially from the 1st byte of the 1st line to a buffer of a memory 42 via a bus line. When an interruption signal INT3 is applied, the microcomputer 40 executes the interruption processing of the 3rd priority.
