PURPOSE:To obtain electrostatic recording dots permitting recording of a high resolution by forming a voltage control electrode in a laminar form through an insulator film between recording electrodes in a flat plate form and on both sides of the recording electrodes on the surface of an insulating base plate. CONSTITUTION:A flat conductive film of a conductor is formed on an insulating base plate 9 by sputtering or vapor deposition method, and a photoresisto is coated on the conductive film and subjected to a photolithographic process involving light exposure, development, etching, etc. to form a recording electrode 1. In forming the recording electrode 1 thereby, width and interval can be greatly minimized and highly fine (precise) recording head of 16 dots/omega and 32 dots /mm. can be obtained. An insulating layer 7 can also be formed of an insulator by the same process as in the recording electrode 1. The insulating layer 7 is opened by etching on the recording electrode 1. |
