PURPOSE:To obtain a T-FF circuit which consists of a small number of elements and decreases in occupation area by using a single self-setting AND circuit and two FF current transfer circuits. CONSTITUTION:The T-FF circuit consists of the single self-setting AND gate, master FF current transfer circuit M, and slave FF current transfer circuit S. Therefore, two Josephson elements constituting one self-setting AND circuit are unnecessary as compared with when a J-KFF circuit is used, and the occupation area of the T-FF circuit is reduced. |
