PURPOSE:To integrate FRP and polyurethane effectively and easily into a body by a method wherein polyurethane material is injected on the surface of a semi- hardened to completely hardened FRP molded piece that is heated, compressed and shaped in dies before they are closed again for shaping. CONSTITUTION:In heated forming dies fiber reinforced thermosetting resin molding material is compressed, shaped before opening the dies, then polyurethane composite material composed mainly of polyisocyanate and multifunctional activated hydrogen-containing are injected into the dies and the dies are closed again. In this manner, a fiber reinforced thermosetting resin layer and a polyurethane layer are combined effectively, easily, and efficiently into unitary form.
