PURPOSE:To convert a Bloch line memory of high memory density into a module by enclosing a magnetic memory chip using a vertical Bloch line pair in a Bloch magnetic wall to the memory information unit, a plane base plate which fixes the magnetic memory chip with inclination, a pulse magnetic field driving coil, a magnetic adjusting plate and a permanent magnet which supplies a bias magnetic field with a shielding case. CONSTITUTION:Driving coils 303 and 304 for intra-surface rotary magnetic field are wound round a plane base plat 302 which packages a bubble memory chip 301. A magnetic adjusting plate 305 and a permanent magnet 306 are fixed outside the base plate 302 and covered with a magnetic shielding case 307. Then a ferrite plate 501 having a surface parallel to the surface of the plate 305 is packed into an Hz coil 402. The thickness of a plane base plate 502 is varied so that a memory chip 401 is easily packaged with inclination to the surface of the plate 305. The plate 501 is packed inside the coil 402 to improve greatly the distribution of the vertical pulse magnetic field generated from the coil 402. Therefore the height of the coil 402 can be reduced without deteriorating the distribution of magnetic field together with reduction of the height of the plate 501. Then the overall size of a memory module can be reduced with no increment of inductance of the coil 402. |
