PURPOSE:To obtain the titled copying material having superior adhesive strength between its support and photosensitive layer and superior film surface strength and preventing devitrification during development by forming a specified precoat layer and a diazo photosensitive layer on a support. CONSTITUTION:A graft copolymer is prepd. by polymerizing 1-30wt% cellulose driv. such as cellulose acetate with 99-70wt% or more kinds of radical polymerizable monomers such as acrylamide. A coating liq. contg. 95-60wt% said graft copolymer and 5-40wt% cross-linking agent such as urea-formaldehyde resin is applied to a support by 1-3g/m<2> when expressed in terms of solid matter to form a precoat layer, and a diazo photosensitive layer consisting of a diazo compound and a coupler is formed on the precoat layer. |
