PURPOSE:To enable a memory to be used in an unrefreshed bank and to reduce waiting time by preparing D-RAMs by the number of banks and dispersing a refresh operation for every D-RAM with time division. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously with the output of a refresh address for refreshing the 0th D-RAM 160, the 0th refresh busy signal is turned to the L level and the memory using of the 0th D-RAM 160 is turned to the waiting state. At the same time, a memory busy signal is turned to the L level and a message indicating that any memory is in the refresh state is displayed. Namely, the memory busy signal is not a signal for inhibiting the use of all the D-RAMs 160-163 simultaneously. In the latter half section in which the 0th refresh busy signal is in the L level, the 0th refresh signal is outputted. |
