摘要 PURPOSE:To make a circuit, which drives a pulse magnetic field required for movement of a Bloch line pair in a high speed, small-sized and operate this circuit with a not very high power source voltage by making the third power source voltage higher than the second power source voltage if the second power source voltage is higher than the first power source voltage and directing the cathode terminal of a diode to the third power source. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 601 is connected in series to a diode 403 and is connected to the third power source 602 which outputs a voltage V2 higher than a voltage V1. When the sum of the resistance value of the resistor 601 and that of a driving coil 401 is denoted as gamma3, the current flowed to the driving coil 401 is flowed to the third power source 602 through the diode 403 and the resistor 601 eve in case of V2>V1 by turning-off of a switch 402 because the voltage at the connection point between the switch 402 and the coil 401 jumps. If a fall time Tf is shortened instead of a rise time Tr in a driving waveform of the pulse magnetic field which can be generated by the driving circuit, a waveform obtained by changing the polarity of the driving waveform in Fig. A corresponds to a waveform obtained by changing the driving phase of a driving waveform 201 in Fig. B merely, and thus, a Bloch pair can be moved.
