PURPOSE:To attain the smooth loading of a recording carrier regardless of an error of the component member of an operation mechanism, by shunting an energizing member in the direction different from the energizing direction in case the reaction given from a center core exceeds a certain limit. CONSTITUTION:An energizing member consists of a base 41 and a mobile part 42, and the part 42 is revolved around a shaft 43 provided to the base 41. A bent part 42a at the tip of the part 42 presses a center core like the edge part 23a of an arm 23, and an end of a torque spring 44 is fixed at a projection 46 of the base 41. A position control pin 47 of the part 42 is implanted to the base 41. In such a constitution, the energizing member is shunted in the direction different from the energizing direction in case the reaction given from the center core exceeds a certain limit. Thus a recording carrier can be smoothly loaded regardless of an error of the shape or position of the component member of an operation mechanism.
