The management of dengue requires an early and accurate diagnosis. With the advantages of providing high sensitivity for clinical and point-of-care flexibility, an invention utilizing the use of chicken egg antibodies is presented, which can be used for various platforms to detect the envelope protein of the dengue virus in biological samples such as blood, serum, plasma and urine. Such as antibodies can be applied in various platforms, such as immunoassays, immunostaining and blotting procedures. |
