PURPOSE:To improve the sealing performance of a diaphragm pump by forming an annular protuberance on one of the joint parts of casing members in the direction of the joint while forming a stage whose face abuts the side face of the peripheral part of a partition member, on the other of the joint parts thereof. CONSTITUTION:The joining parts 35 and 36 of casing members 2 and 3 are skirted outside from their opposed end parts with jaw-like perimeters. The joint part 35 of the casing member 2 has the first retaining face 38, a protuberance 41 rising from said face 40 via a staged face 39, an engaging corner 42 retracting on the side of the casing member 2 and a peripheral wall 43 which extends from the external periphery of the joint part 35 toward the other joint part 36, which are annularly formed in sequence from the center. |
