PURPOSE:To obtain at low costs a supporting body for planographical printing of high resistance to printing wear by allowing slurry containing abrasive materials to be injected, being previously accelerated, from injection nozzles, impinging against an aluminium plate together with high-pressure liquid jet injected from other nozzles. CONSTITUTION:Liquid maintained at high-pressure by, for example, a presurized injection pump, etc. is introduced into the apparatus from an inlet opening 4 and injected from a nozzle 5 through a passage 41. A plurality of nozzles 5 is arranged, for instance, in a concentric manner on the extreme end of the main body 1. On the other hand, slurry containing water and fine particles of abrasive materials flows into a depositing chamber 31 from a supply part 3 and here, it is accelerated by air injected from high-pressure air nozzle 2 and discharged from an outlet part 32 at a high-speed. The part 32 is lined with an anti-abrasive material 321. Slurry thus injected flows into the high-pressure water stream and the mixed high-pressure liquid impinges against an aluminum plate, effecting cleaning and sand-blasting at the same time. |
