PURPOSE:To prevent oil in an oil sump from being deteriorated by being made into contact with exhaust gas, by providing such an arrangement that an exhaust pipe is connected to exhaust holes formed in a cylinder disposed in the oil in the oil sump to make it possible to discharge exhaust gas to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of exhaust holes 10a through 10d are communicated together by a common manifold 32, and may directly discharge exhaust gas in such a condition that the gas is isolated from oil 4. There is formed, in a cylinder 6, an oil sucking port 34 for charging the oil from the outside of an outer box 3. Accordingly, the oil 4 is not made into direct contact with exhaust gas, thereby oxidation of oil and dissolving of impurities in the oil may be prevented.
