PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a trouble such as blocking of a piping, by a method wherein isocyanate waste water is disposed by incineration as it remains liquefied, and after incinerating disposal is completed, the inside of a device is cleaned with a cleaning agent. CONSTITUTION:Waste water is first stored in a storage tank 1. The waste water in the storage tank 1 is fed to an incinerator 3 by means of a waste water feeding member 2. The waste water is incinerated through an incinerating device 3. After incineration of the waste water in the storage tank 1 is completed, a cleaning agent is fed to the storage tank 1 from a cleaning agent feeder 4. The inside of the storage tank 1 and the inside of the waste water feeding member 2 are cleaned through reflux of the supplied cleaning agent. After cleaning of the feeding member 2 and the storage tank 1 is completed, the cleaning agent is fed to the incinerator 3 by the use of the waste water feeding member 2 to incinerate it. After incinerating of all of the cleaning agent is completed, the cleaning agent is newly fed to the storage tank 1 from the cleaning agent feeder 4. The waste water feeding member 2 is filled with the supplied cleaning agent, thus all the disposing process is completed.
