PURPOSE:To obtain a compact image pickup device with simple construction by providing a conductive rubber between a lens mount and a fitting plate so as to provide a prescribed force to the fitting plate from the conductive rubber. CONSTITUTION:The conductive rubber 10 has the conductivity and elasticity and plays a role of pushing and holding the fitting plate 5 moved forward/ backward through the turning of an adjusting screw 3 by providing a force in a prescribed direction to the plate 5. Since the conductive rubber 10 has a construction sealing the mount 2 and the fitting plate 5, the rubber 10 prevents dusts from being adhered to the surface of a solid-state image pickup element 6 and also plays a role of shielding electrically an element 6 and a circuit board 4 generating a minute voltage externally. The element 6 fitted to the fitting plate 6 is adjusted so as to be vertical to the optical axis of a lens 1 by turning a screw 3 placed on three positions respectively. Further, the position of the fitting plate 5 is adjusted by the screws 3 and nuts 7. |
