PURPOSE:To integrally form a synthetic resin portion of a metal plate molding without the needs for correction after being molded by a method in which a metal molding material formed by roll is corrected in shape, adhesive is coated on give places of the molding material, and synthetic resin is integrally molded with the molding material in a molding machine. CONSTITUTION:A metal molding material A' formed into a given sectional shape by a roll forming machine 10 is corrected by a corrector 11, and adhesive is coated on given places of the molding material A' by a coater 12. The adhesive is baked and activated by a high-frequency baking device 13 and the molding material A' is passed through an extruder molding machine 14 to integrally form synthetic resin portions R1 and R2. Since no peeling and scratch of the adhesive occur, the need to repair the molding by brush coating, etc., can be eliminated. |
