PURPOSE:To make the testing operation smooth, by providing a display device in front of a vehicle, and using a speech regenerating device and a speech recognizing device at the same time. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle 1 is connected to a CPU4 by way of a process input and output device 3 and a connecting device 2. To the CPU4, a display device 5, which monitors the testing state, and a printer 7, which prints out the test result, are connected. The device 5 is provided in front of the operator's cab which can be observed from the vehicle 1 that is stopped on a vehicle checking line. To the CPU, a device 10, which recognizes the speech inputted from the checking person who performs the operation and the checking at the side of the vehicle checking line, and a regenerating device 11, which informs the checking person of speech messages, are connected. At the time of testing, the checking person in the operator's cab mainly inputs the data for starting operation by speech in accordance with the messages with the same contents from the device 11 and the guiding display on the device 5. Thus the test is conducted. |
