PURPOSE:To give constant-current characteristics, and to improve circuit characteristics as an ECL circuit by constituting an emitter resistor by utilizing a junction gate type transistor. CONSTITUTION:A resistor 2 and a first output terminal OUT''1'' are connected in parallel with a collector for a bipolar transistor 1, and a resistor 2' and a second output terminal OUT''2'' is connected similarly in parallel with a collector 1'. A VCC power supply pad 4 is connected to the resistors 2, 2'. Connecting pads 5, 6 for the first and second output terminals OUT''1'' and ''2'' and a pad 7 for an input signal are connected to a base for the transistor 1. A VBB power supply pad 8 is connected to a base for the transistor 1'. A source for a junction gate type transistor 3' is connected to emitters for the transistors 1, 1', and a drain and a gate for the transistor 3' are short-circuited and connected to a VEE power supply pad 9. |
