PURPOSE:To provide a weed controlling agent composition for lawn, etc., composed of (E)-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1-penten-3-ol and a specific phenoxyacetic acid compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by combining (A) (E)-1- (4-chlorophenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-1-penten-3-ol and (B) the phenoxyacetic acid compound of formula (R1 is Cl or methyl; R2 is carboxymethyl, carboxyethyl or carboxypropyl) (e.g. dichlorprop) at a weight ratio of 1:0.5-200, preferably 1:1-80. The content of the active component in the agent is 1-95%, preferably 5-80%. It kills the weeds locally at the road side or railroad side, and properly controls the height of the survived weed. It is free from phytotoxicity to lawn. |
