PURPOSE:To enable to adjust the cutting length of slot insulating paper from a hoop material by independently forming a cutter formed of upper and lower cutters. CONSTITUTION:When a hoop material 4 is fed out in the amount corresponding to 2lA by feed rollers 5, the material 4 is cut between an upper cutter 17 and a lower cutter 18 by the upward and downward movements of the cutter 17, and an R punch 8 is simultaneously moved down to cut slot insulating paper 3a to press the paper 3a into a mold 22. Then, a pusher 12 is advanced under the guidance of a pusher slot 22d to press the paper 3a in the mold 22 into a throttle die, thereby completely throttling the paper. Thus, the paper 3a to the slots of the core can be formed and inserted. |
