PURPOSE:To provide pumping-up of water during daytime if its temp. is as low as the nighttime atmospheric temperature, by utilizing a great pressure difference likely to be generated by seething and condensation of the working medium, and thereby pumping the cold water such as subsoil water in a large amount. CONSTITUTION:A working medium such as chloric hydrocarbon, which will be encapsulated in a working medium chamber 1 owing to coldness at nighttime, to condense at nighttime temp. and seethe at higher temp. during daytime into a high pressure steam, becomes a condensate to cause drop of the pressure in said chamber 1. The leftwise motion of piston 3 allows the righthand chamber of piston to suck up the water 6 situated in low place through a water suckup pipe 4, and the pump chamber 2 is filled with this water. When the atmospheric temp. rises in the morning, the working medium liquid in the working medium chamber 1 seethes to become high pressure steam and pushes the piston 3 to the right to extrude the water in the pump chamber 2 out through a pipe 9. When pumping-up of the water is completed, a check valve 8 is closed, and the water in said pipe 9 is held as it is. Accordingly the water situated in lower place can be transferred to a higher place once a day. |
