PURPOSE:To complete idling run within a short period of time at emergency by providing a volume equipped with an open/close switch for controlling the number of idling revolutions, and enabling said switch to be changed over for any of an auto or manual operation. CONSTITUTION:A fuel supply amount control device 1 incorporates a signal issued from an idle control volume circuit 7 during an idle operation, and compares it with voltage for changing over manual or auto previously stored. If the signal is larger than said changing-over voltage, said control device seletc, for instance, auto idle, and if smaller it selects manual idle. Namely, the output voltage from the circuit 7 is divided into discontinuous two regions in response to the operation of a switch 712, so that either of the manual or auto idling can be changed over. In additon, the number of idling revolutions is controlled based on the water temperature detected from a water temperature sensor at the auto idle, and controlled based on signal voltage from the volume circuit at the manual operation, so that only with the rotation of the volume the arbitrary number of revolutions within a specified range can be obtained, enabling short-time idling to be completed at emergency. |
