发明名称 THIN FILM SOLAR BATTERY DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to lead out high output by a method wherein unit thin film solar batteries are laminated in a plurality, and at least one of electrodes is made as a clear electrode. CONSTITUTION:Ag series electrode paste 2 is pattern-printed on a glass substrate 1 covering the photo receiving surface, and is then calcined. Next, a transparent conductive film 3 is vapor-deposited, and then a-Si unit solar battery layers P<+>/N<->/N<+>4-6 are grown. The second stage unit solar battery of said layers P<+>/N<->/N<+>8-10, a transparent conductive film 11 of the same quality as that of the following one, and the third stage unit solar battery of said layers P<+>/N<->/ N<+>12-14 via transparent conductive film 7 having the characteristic of transmitting the whole or part of an incident light, and next the back surface electrode 15 is formed. The high output can be led out with a simple structure by the construction of solar batteries by lamination in a plurality of stages to the direction of light incidence.
