PURPOSE:To shorten the accelerating or decelerating time while sufficiently achieving the capacity of an inverter and a motor by altering the rotating acceleration in response to the output current of an inverter. CONSTITUTION:An accelerating/decelerating regulator 12 alters to the small rotating acceleration if the output current of an inverter 4 becomes the prescribed upper limit or higher and to the large rotating acceleration if the output current of the inverter 4 becomes the prescribed lower limit or lower when the rotating speed of a motor 5 is varied by the positive or negative rotating acceleration so as to accelerate or decelerate the motor 5 at the optimum rotating acceleration, thereby always accelerating or decelerating the motor 5 by the full capacity current of the inverter 4. |
