PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency by forming a projection of a magnetic material in the same height as a coil in a gap between adjacent coils at the inside and outside of the coil of an armature of a stator yoke, thereby reducing a magnetic air gap. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of armature coils 5 are mounted on a stator yoke 4 corresponding to the permanent magnet of a rotor yoke (not shown). Projections 41, 42 made of magnetic material are provided in a space inside the coils 5 and in a gap between the adjacent armature coils 5. The projections are formed by semipunching, hitting the yoke 4 at the permanent magnet side of the rotor, or bonding another magnetic material. The gap to the permanent magnets of the opposed rotor yokes is reduced, thereby decreasing the magnetic resistance. Thus, the output can be increases in the same size or the motor can be reduced to produce the same output. |
