1. An apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; at least one memory including computer program code, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, working with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform at least the following: providing at least one frame of video information at a first device; receiving information indicative of a scrub input associated with the video information, wherein the scrub input comprises a movement portion and a termination portion; comparing a speed of the movement portion of the scrub input to a frame skipping speed threshold; selecting a first progression of frames of the video information to be sent to a second device when the speed of the movement portion of the scrub input is less than the frame skipping speed threshold; selecting a second progression of frames of the video information to be sent to the second device when the speed of the movement portion of the scrub input is more than the frame skipping speed threshold; determining share video information that comprises at least part of the video information as the first progression of frames or the second progression of frames selected based, at least in part, on the speed of the movement portion of the scrub input; and sending of the share video information to the second device.
