PURPOSE:To make it possible to use a single low-voltage power source by driving the base of one transistor TR constituting a differential pair with a control voltage and driving that of the other TR with the control voltage passing a CMOS inverter. CONSTITUTION:A current is supplied to TRs 1 and 2 constituting the differential pair from a constant current generator consisting of a constant voltage power source 7, a TR5, and a resistance 6, and the control signal inputted to a terminal 15 is applied to the base of the TR2 through a CMOS inverter IV21 inserted as a buffer, and a control signal obtained by inverting the output of the IV21 in a CMOSIV22 is applied to the base of the TR1. Base potentials of TRs 1 and 2 are determined by resistances 23-28, and low voltage 5V is supplied to a power source voltage terminal 19. The output of the IV21 is 5V and the output of the IV21 is 0 and TRs 1 and 2 are turned off and on respectively when the control voltage of the terminal 15 is 0, and TRs 1 and 2 are turned on and off respectively when the control voltage is 5V, and emitter potentials of TRs 1 and 2 are constant independently of the control voltage, and thus, a high-speed switching operation is possible. |
