As a result, the impact force is impressed to the cover member 59 through the holding body 61, and the toner adhering to the cover member 59 and the seal member is shaken off forcibly, and passes through a developing part quickly by the circulation of a developer. In this case, since an electrostatic latent image does not reach the developing part yet, generation of a local ground contamination by the toner dropped from the seal member is prevented effectively. In this way, a picture quality is stabilized, and a reliability is raised. |
