N-Acyl-N-oximinoalkylanilides of the general formula (I) <IMAGE> in which R<1>, R<2> and R<3> independently of one another represent hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio or halogen, R<4> represents hydrogen or alkyl, R<5> represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyalkyl or haloalkyl, R<6> represents hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxy and R<7> represents furyl, tetrahydrofuryl, thienyl, tetrahydrothienyl or in each case optionally substituted alkyl, alkneyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl, alkoxycarbonyl or aryl or R<4> and R<5> together represent a divalent alkylene radical, where R<6> only represents hydrogen or alkyl when either R<1> and/or R<2> and/or R<3> represents alkoxy or alkylthio and where R<6> only represents alkoxy when R<4> and R<5> together represent a divalent alkylene radical, and their use as fungicides. The novel N-acyl-N-oximinoalkylanilides can be prepared by acylating suitable aniline derivatives or by reacting suitable anilides with oximinoalkyl compounds.
