An outlet pipe ventilation device consists of a base-plate 10, which replaces a pantile after installation, together with an inlet pipe socket 16 and an outlet pipe socket 20 which are both clamped to each other by a clamping apparatus 28 to include the base-plate 10. Lateral beading elements 36, 38 are pushed onto the lateral edges 34 of the base-plate 10 to correspond to the respective pantile shape. A suspended screen 52 is inserted at one transverse edge 46, its end wall 54 having a base contour corresponding to that of the respective pantile. By using base elements of only one type and replacing additional elements, a passage through the roof can be ensured for all conventional shapes of pantile. <IMAGE>
