According to the invention, in order to clamp the replaceable conveying trough of a conveyor pan with the trough of its lower run, arc-shaped locking pieces are used which are inserted into correspondingly arc-shaped pockets. The latter are formed from arc-shaped recesses on parts of the conveying trough and the trough of the lower run facing one another. The locking pieces are preferably designed as arc-shaped blocks.
