<p>PURPOSE:To easily change electrical specifications or designs by providing a circuit for controlling input level within a semiconductor device and changing such control with bonding. CONSTITUTION:A signal to be input to the PAD7 is input to the gate of enhance transistor TR8. The PAD13 is an exclusive PAD for control an input level. First, PAD13 is bonded to the earth line. Thereby, the enhance TR12 becomes OFF. When a high level input voltage is high as a result of evaluation for such semiconductor device, the PAD13 bonded to the earth line is bonded to the signal line of PAD7, in place of bonding to the earth line. Thereby, a gain in the side of driver becomes large and a gain constant ratio of driver element becomes large and a high level input voltage is lowered. As a result, design change can be realized easily.</p> |
