PURPOSE:To make easier the penetration of a hollow pile by a method in which cement milk is injected into a pit and mixed with the excavated soil to form a soil cement in the pit, and a part of the soil cement is coated on the wall face of the pit. CONSTITUTION:A stirring rod 1 is penetrated into a hollow pile P, and an excavating blade 2, a stirring blade 3, and a trowel plate 5 are expanded to the outside diameter of the pile P. While turning the rod 1, cement milk is sent under pressures from a supply tube 6 and injected into the pit H from the lower end of the tube 6. The cement milk is mixed with excavated soil in the pit H to form soil cement S, and part of the soil cement S is firmly coated on the wall face of the pit H by means of the trowel plate 5 to form smooth cement lining L on the wall face of the pit H. The cement lining L enables the hollow pile P to be penetrated easily. |
