PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic sensitive body high in sensitivity by forming a photosensitive layer contg. a specified azine compd. on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer formed on a conductive substrate contains a compd. represented by formula I in which each of R1-R4 is optionally substd. alkyl, aralkyl, or aryl; R5 is H or optionally substd. alkyl, aralkyl, or aryl; R6 is an N-disubstd. amino group represented by formula II or III, or alkoxy, aralkyloxy, aryl, or halogen; and R7, R8 are each H, alkyl, alkoxy, or halogen, or an atom forming a hetero ring together with R6. The compd. of formula I has a function of both of an org. photoconductive compd. and an electrostatic charge transfer compd., and it can form an electrophotographic sensitive body high in sensitivity. |
