FIELD: ship building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, namely to a water motor engineering. Apparatus for protection of outboard motor comprises an element for fixing protection on a deadwood or a gear case, a central protective plate. Central protective plate is directed along a line of the gear case and screw-propeller on the side of a hub fairing of the screw-propeller and one end of the plate is hinged to the element for fixing protection on a deadwood. Keel bed is fixed on the free end of the central protective plate for placing an end part of the keel in its cavity. Element fixing protection on a deadwood is made in the form of a clamp enveloping a deadwood or gear. Cavity of the keel bed in direction of displacing the central protective plate is more than the width of the end part of the keel placed in it by the motion value of the central protective plate.EFFECT: higher protection efficiency is achieved.6 cl, 4 dwg |
