PURPOSE:To easily obtain a sharp color copy by electrostatically charging the side of the transparent phtotsensitive body of a color copying sheet, and exposing the side of its filter layer to a color image light to form an electrostatic latent image on the transparent photosensitive layer, and developing it with a black toner. CONSTITUTION:A three-color filter layer 1 is formed on one side of a transparent supporting layer and a transparent conductive layer 3 and a transparent photosensitive layer 4 are successively laminated on the other side of the layer 2 to obtain a color copying sheet. The side of the photosensitive layer 4 of said color copying sheet is charged and its color filter 1 is exposed to a color light image to form an electrostatic latent image on the layer 4. The latent image is developed with a black toner 5 and fixed with a heat or pressure fixing device 6 to obtain a transparency type color copy. To obtain a reflective type color copy, a reflective material 7 is laminated on the side of the photosensitive layer and a transparent protective layer 8 is formed on the filter layer 1. |
